Two simple halves. The things that have to be secured — your rooms and your flights — are paid in full so nobody else can take them. Everything else can spread over instalments. No figure here is a charge; quoting is always free.
Account details are issued on your invoice and never published. When you are ready to transact, the secure payment portal carries card links and full transfer details.
The structure
Hotels, lodges and air are settled in full at confirmation. Suppliers hold your rate and your allocation against cleared funds, so paying them in full is what secures the booking — and locks the price against later movement.

Tours, transfers, experiences and dining can be spread over Payflex instalments rather than paid at once. You sign up with Payflex and are approved by them; Payflex carries its own interest and fees, and any payment dispute is settled with Payflex under their terms.
Payflex is being onboarded now — the option goes live the moment the merchant account is approved. Until then these are settled with the rest of your booking.

Send your dates and budget — quoting is free and carries no obligation. Your quote itemises what is included, and any add-ons or upgrades are listed separately.
Accommodation and flights are settled in full to lock your rates and allocations. The price stops moving the moment the funds clear.
The experiences around your trip can ride on Payflex instalments once that gateway is live, approved by Payflex under their own terms.
Payments reconcile within 24 hours of clearance; international SWIFT transfers take 2–5 business days. If your bank offers the OUR charge code, select it so we receive the full amount without deductions.
