Pay by Card
Secure card processing via PayFast or Paystack. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's hosted page — Travel Source SA never sees or stores them.
  • Best for: International FIT clients, urgent confirmations, day tours, airport transfers, deposits under R75,000 — anywhere instant confirmation matters more than fee optimisation.
  • Processing time: Instant confirmation. We'll WhatsApp you the receipt within minutes of clearance.
  • Fees: A 4% processing buffer is included in your invoice total — no additional card surcharges.
  • Currency: Settlement to Travel Source SA is in ZAR. Your card will be billed in your home currency at your card-issuer's conversion rate.
  • Security: Card details never touch Travel Source SA systems. PCI DSS Level 1 compliance via provider.
  • Refunds: If applicable per the booking terms, refunds are processed back to the originating card within 7-10 business days.
Standard Wording · Per Booking Terms Secure international card payment links may be issued for eligible bookings. Card payments may include payment processing, settlement, currency conversion and gateway-related costs — either built into the quotation or shown separately. For B2B, group, high-value or accommodation-heavy bookings, Travel Source SA may request bank transfer / SWIFT as the preferred payment route.

Pay by Instant EFT
Pay directly from your South African bank account via the secure Instant EFT gateway. Funds clear in real-time during banking hours.
  • Eligible: South African bank account holders only. International clients should use SWIFT (option iii).
  • Processing time: Real-time confirmation during banking hours (Mon-Fri 06:00-21:00 / Sat 06:00-15:00).
  • Fees: 4% processing buffer included in your invoice total.
  • Limits: Single-transaction limits apply per your bank's online banking profile — typically R250,000 per day.

  • Fees: 2.5% buffer included in your invoice — covers SA inbound fees only. Your sending bank may charge separate outbound & correspondent fees.
  • OUR fee option: If your bank offers "OUR" as the charge code (sender pays all fees), please select it. This guarantees we receive the full invoice amount without deductions.
  • Reference field: CRITICAL — use the booking reference shown above. Without it, we cannot match your payment to your booking quickly.
  • Forex: If sending in USD, EUR, GBP or AUD, your bank will convert to ZAR at their rate at time of transfer. Travel Source SA invoices in ZAR — confirm the rate with your bank.

Phone us on +27 64 669 3218 to confirm it before sending any funds — and never act on banking details from an email or message alone, even one that looks like it is from us. We will never rush you or ask you to pay into a different account by email. This protects against business email compromise fraud.
